Talib Kweli announces ‘Quality’ 15th anniversary residency at the Blue Note

In celebration of the 15th anniversary of his debut album Quality, Talib Kweli has announced a residency at NYC's Blue Note starting this fall. The shows will be spread out across three months and will run into next year. 2017 dates include September 7 and November 9-11, while 2018 dates include January 25-28. Each date will include two shows per night, at 8:30PM and 10:30PM, amounting in 16 shows total. Talib will be performing the entire record live with a full backing band. Aside from the Blue Note shows, Talib Kweli will also be appearing at several other shows around the NYC area. He DJs at Brooklyn Bowl on August 17 and September 14 (tickets), and plays NJPAC on August 24 (tickets). All dates are listed below.

Talib Kweli will also make an appearance at a different residency, Dave Chappelle's 16-show run at Radio City, on Wednesday, August 23 alongside his old Black Star partner Yasiin Bey (aka Mos Def). Tickets are still available.
