NYC punk legends Television, who haven’t played their hometown in two years, have announced that they’ll ring in 2018 with shows at Bowery Ballroom on 12/30 and New Year’s Eve (12/31). Tickets go on sale Friday (10/6) at noon with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (10/4) at noon. No other upcoming tour dates announced at the moment, but the band just wrapped up a West Coast tour in LA this past weekend.
Meanwhile, founding (and former) guitarist Richard Lloyd celebrates a different holiday in NYC. He plays Bowery Electric (10/27) the Friday before Halloween with Miriam and Nobody’s Babies (tickets).
