Ahead of their Governors Ball set on Sunday afternoon, Australia's cut-and-paste wizards The Avalanches played a GovBall After Dark show at Brooklyn Bowl on Saturday night (6/3). Spank Rock was with them for the whole show, and for their great single "Subways" they brought out Chandra Oppenheim, whose 1980 no wave single of the same name makes up the hook of the Avalanches song. She was only 12 years old at the time. At Brooklyn Bowl, Chandra had her daughter in tow to sing as well. Check out pics from the Brooklyn Bowl show in the gallery above.
