Austin's The Black Angels will release new album Death Song on April 21. It's the first album in four years and their first for Partisan Records and, while not a concept album per se, the specter of 2016 looms over the record. Phil Ek (The Shins, Built to Spill) produced. The band will be touring this spring with A Place to Bury Strangers, and the NYC stop will be at soon-to-open Brooklyn Steel on May 2. Tickets are on sale now. All tour dates are listed below.
