The Body/Full of Hell

The Body/Full of Hell streaming new LP, made a video; Humanbeast playing Saint Vitus

The Body are extremely busy these days; they just released their new album No One Deserves Happiness, and they’ll be releasing their collaborative album with Full of Hell, One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache, later this week. They’re now streaming it in full, and they’ve also shared a video for the song “Fleshworks.” It’s a surprisingly ambient song, full of samples and riven by a roiling drum part, but no less terrifying for it’s relative lightness. It’s helped by the video, which is legitimately unsettling. Stream the album (via Decibel) and watch the video below.

Meanwhile, Humanbeast, whose Maralie Armstrong was featured prominently on No One Deserves Happiness, have a show coming up in NYC. They’ll be playing Saint Vitus on April 7. The electronic/noise show will also feature M Ax Noi Mach, Hands Rendered Useless, Cienfuegos and Horoscope, as well as DJing from Drew McDowall and Chris Hansell. Tickets for that are on sale now.

Despite how busy the Body have been, they still had time to talk to us about the state of heavy metal. Check out their new video, and music from some of the bands on that Humanbeast show, below.
