The Church & The Psychedelic Furs touring together this summer
The Church are wrapping their spring tour tonight in Evanston, IL, but the band will be back this summer for a month of dates with fellow ’80s alt-rock vets The Psychedelic Furs. Says Church frontman Steve Kilby, “Sometimes rock ‘n’ roll has really good double bills where there are two likeminded acts and the audience can go away very happy they got their moneys worth…Because the last lot of shows went so well we couldn’t help but want to keep it going.” That tour is mainly in the West and Southwest, with no East Coast shows, unfortunately.
