Steve Wynn’s acclaimed ’80s-era band The Dream Syndicate got back together a few years ago and have been touring, but are now officially back, having just signed to ANTI- (home to Jeff Tweedy, Billy Bragg, Greg Graffin, Girlpool, The Drums and more). “The Dream Syndicate and I are very excited to be part of the Anti- family,” said Wynn in a statement. “I like the way they embrace artists with a rich and lengthy history who believe that their best and most relevant work is still ahead of them.” No word on when we might get new music — the last Dream Syndicate record came out in 1988 — so stay tuned.

The Dream Syndicate were one of the leading lights in Los Angeles’ “paisley underground” scene that drew inspiration from the ’60s and included Rain Parade, The Bangles, and The Three O’Clock. The currently lineup of the band, which includes original era members Dennis Duck and Mark Walton as well as new guitarist Jason Victor, will be touring Europe this fall. Those dates are listed, along with a stream of their classic album The Days of Wine and Roses, below.
