The Flaming Lips’ fantastic 1999 album The Soft Bulletin turned 20 this year and to celebrate they’re releasing a live album of their February 2016 performance of the album at Red Rocks where they played with the Colorado Symphony (including a 68-piece orchestra and a 57-person choir!). That’ll be out November 15 via Warner Brothers and you can listen to the Red Rocks’ version of the album’s anthemic lead single, “Race for the Prize," below.

The Lips have been playing The Soft Bulletin live this year for its anniversary, too, including a UK/EU tour, and at last weekend's Desert Daze Festival. They've got a couple upcoming shows: Austin's Desert Daze Festival on November 8 and Puebla, Mexico's Festival Catrina in Decmeber.

Meanwhile, The Flaming Lips also released a new album this year, Kings Mouth, which has a some of that Soft Bulletin spirit to it.
