The High Llamas released ‘Here Come the Rattling Trees,’ share video for “McKain James” directed by Elisa Ambrogio

The High Llamas' lovely new album, Here Come the Rattling Trees, was released last week via Drag City. Like all their work: it's a pastoral stroll through provincial landscapes, orchestrated by harpsichords, nylon-stringed guitars, xylophones, and the signature harmonies and string/brass arrangements of main man Sean O'Hagan. It all goes down like a perfectly brewed cup of tea. They've just released a video for "McKain James" which was directed by Magik Markers' Elisa Ambrogio who creates a playfully perfect stop-motion visual accompaniment for the song. You can watch that below.
