The National

Wow -not only have The National made up for past sins, National fans must feel like Mets fans right now (Clap Your Hands Say Yeah = the Yankees). I think what I'm trying to say is that the National are suddenly kicking much ass.

Just like Muhammad Ali they...(get it?, "boxer")...

I am 100% in team National's corner, but can someone tell me how the National suddenly became the biggest band in the world? Is this possibly an example of a leaked album helping a band's career (but maybe not sales?), or is this all based on the band's past good deeds? Was it Bruce?

"Boxer" is out May 22nd on Beggars Banquet. You get a free 7" if you pre-order it from Insound.

I swear this is the last time I'll attempt to make sports analogies. More National stuff, and all tour dates, below.....

A promo video (#3 in a series) from the National's upcoming DVD:

Other videos in the series are hidden all over the Internet - NIN style (actually I just don't know where the other ones are).
