The New Pornographers announce fall tour with Lady Lamb
The New Pornographers are due for a new album — Whiteout Conditions was two years ago — and while there’s been no word on that front, the wheels are turning as they’ve just announced a fall North American tour. There are two legs: the first happens in late September and early October with dates in Woodstock, Minneapolis, Chicago, Detroit and more, and then a week of shows in November including stops in Boston, NYC, DC, Philly, Atlanta and more. Most dates are with Lady Lamb, whose very good new album Even In The Tremor came out earlier this year.
The NYC show happens November 7 at Brooklyn Steel. Tickets for that show — and all dates of the tour — go on sale Friday, June 28 at 10 Am local time, and there’s a NP presale starting Wednesday, June 26 at 10 AM local. You can sign up for the New Pornographers mailing list to get the presale password.
