The Ocean Blue share new song from upcoming compilation

Veteran modern rock band The Ocean Blue made a nice return this year with Ultramarine, their first album in 14 years, which found the band’s signature breezy style still sounding good in 2013. In addition to the album, the band have an unreleased track, the jazzy “No Money in That,” on a new Korda Records sampler and we’ve got the premiere of that in this post. The sampler, Korda Komp 2, also features tracks from The Jim Ruiz Set, long-running Minneapolis band The Hang-Ups and more.

The band have a few more tour dates still to come this year, and will play their final show of 2013 in NYC at Bowery Ballroom on December 21 with local shoegazers Dead Leaf Echo. Tickets to that show are still available.
