The Sonics @ the Bell House
Tacoma, WA garage rock legends The Sonics were last in NYC to play Norton Records' 25th Anniversary in 2011, and they returned over the weekend for a Norton Records benefit to help the label's continuing recovery from Hurricane Sandy damages. The show took place on Saturday (4/13) at The Bell House with long-running New Jersey rock n' roll true believers, Rye Coalition. The Sonics ripped through a number of their classics like "Psycho," "Strychnine," "The Witch," their cover of "Louie Louie," and more.
