Thundercat announces 2020 tour
Bassist extraordinaire Thundercat had a busy year that included touring with Anderson .Paak, a 14-show residency at NYC’s Blue Note, an appearance at Camp Flog Gnaw fest and he’ll be in Las Vegas for the Intersect Festival this weekend. He’s keeping the momentum going, having just announced a 2020 North American tour which begins February 28 in Vancouver and wraps up April 6 in Dallas, with stops in between in Portland, Seattle, Chicago, Oakland, L.A., Denver, Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, Boston, Montreal, NYC, Philly, Knoxville (Big Ears Festival), New Orleans and more.
The NYC show is at Webster Hall on March 24. Tickets for that go on sale Friday, December 6 at 10 AM with a Spotify presale starting today at 3 PM and an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (12/4) at 10 AM.
Before that tour starts, Thundercat will play Newark’s NJPAC on Valentine’s Day with Raphael Saadiq and Jamila Woods. All tour dates are listed below.
