Robert Glasper drummer Chris Dave and his band The Drumhedz, who released their Grammy-nominated self-titled album (ft. Anderson .Paak, SiR, Phonte, Bilal, Tweet, and more) last year, are headlining a Winter Jazzfest show at NYC's Bowery Ballroom on Saturday (1/12), and it was just officially announced that they'll be joined by special guest Thundercat during their set.

That's an exciting addition to an already-exciting, special guest-filled bill, which also includes Justin Brown NYEUSI (feat. special guest Georgia Anne Muldrow), James Poyser (feat. special guest Bilal), a Roy Hargrove tribute, Blaque Dynamite & The Murder Angels, and Casey Benjamin aka DJ Stutzmcgee spinning between sets. You can still get tickets. Remaining Winter Jazzfest schedule here.

Thundercat also has a six-night, 14-show residency at NYC's Blue Note Jazz Club coming up in February.
