Tina Fey is hosting a "virtual telethon," Rise Up New York!, which will air on May 11 at 7 PM Eastern, and is raising money for "New Yorkers whose lives have been dramatically impacted by COVID-19." The hour-long special will feature  performances by Mariah Carey, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi and Sting, plus appearances from Robert De Niro, Spike Lee, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Mayor Bill de Blasio, Jennifer Lopez, Jimmy Fallon, Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler, Chris Rock, Trevor Noah, David Chang, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Sutton Foster, Cynthia Erivo, Idina Menzel, Jake Gyllenhaal, Julianne Moore, Christopher Jackson, Ben Platt, Angie Mar, New York Giants Super Bowl champions Eli Manning, Michael Strahan, Justin Tuck and Phil Simms, and more.

Rise Up New York! is a presented between Robin Hood and iHeartRadio, and will be broadcast nationally on CNBC, and shown on on all New York City TV stations, New York Spectrum 1 and News 12, and on the radio via iHeartMedia, Entercom broadcast radio stations, and SiriusXM. All donations benefit Robin Hood’s relief and recovery efforts providing "support for food, shelter, cash assistance, health and mental health, legal services, education and more – helping fellow New Yorkers rebuild their lives as the city moves towards recovery and beyond."
