Tirzah announces first-ever US shows
UK artist Tirzah deservedly picked up a lot of buzz last year for her debut album Devotion (Domino Records), which was produced by Mica Levi and was an awesome blend of art pop, R&B, and dance music that fans of James Blake, Sampha, and The xx would dig. Now she has announced her first-ever US shows, surrounding her appearance at Hundred Waters’ FORM Arcosanti Festival.
In addition to that fest, Tirzah also plays LA’s Lodge Room on May 10 (tickets) and Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Hall on July 18 (tickets). Tickets go on sale Friday (2/22) at 10 AM.
