The new-ish Grand Ole Opry offshoot Opry City Stage continues to host shows ncluding their ongoing Bluebird Cafe Songwriter Series which takes place on the fourth floor of the four-level complex in a more intimate, fully seated room with full bar and Southern menu available. Other schedule highlights include Hall of Famer Whisperin' Bill Anderson on 6/15, and dobro master Jerry Douglas on 7/19, a legend and key member of Alison Krauss' band who's also collaborated with Elvis Costello, Paul Simon, Phish, James Taylor, and many others (he's played on more than 1600 albums!).
