The eighth edition of Brooklyn Rock Lottery will happen Saturday, December 2 at Knitting Factory. As in years past, 25 hand-picked musicians will gather early that Saturday morning, put their names in a hat which will then be drawn to form “bands” who then must write songs, rehearse and perform them that night. There are raffles at the Knitting Factory show where they give away some great prizes, and it's always a lot of fun. Stay tuned for the whole lineup.
