MINI MANSIONS

LA pop trio Mini Mansions (which includes members of QOTSA and The Last Shadow Puppets) are gearing up to release their third album, Guy Walks Into A Bar, in July, and they’ve just announced a full US tour in support of the album. After a May tour throughout the UK, they’ll be kicking off their US tour leg with a stop at Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg on 5/30, with further shows in Washington D.C., Philly, Chicago, Albany, Seattle, LA, Portland, and more. Tickets to the Brooklyn show go on sale Friday (3/15) at 10 AM, with a presale going on now. Check here for all upcoming dates and watch their brand new video for single “GummyBear” here:

ACTION BRONSON

Action Bronson recently played two hometown NYC dates with longtime friends Roc Marciano and Meyhem Lauren, and he recently added some more North American shows to his schedule in the coming months. This includes a new NYC-area date at Montclair, NJ’s Wellmont Theater on 4/24 (w/ Meyhem Lauren), and other stops in Clifton Park, Buffalo, Ottawa, Portland, ME, Columbus (Sonic Temple Fest), and more. LYDIA AINSWORTH (TOURING WITH TR/ST)

Lydia’s new album, Phantom Forest, is out in May and she’s announced tour dates in support, where she’ll open for TR/ST, beginning in Toronto on April 26, and then hitting Boston, Brooklyn (Elsewhere on May 2 & 3) Philly, DC, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco and wrapping things up in Los Angeles on May 18. ONE STEP CLOSER / CHOICE TO MAKE

Wilkes-Barre, PA-based hardcore outfit One Step Closer are slated to play two upcoming festivals in 2019: Richmond, VA’s United Blood in April, and LA’s Sound and Fury in July. Aside from these, they’ve added a pair of East Coast shows with fellow Wilkes-Barre hardcore band Choice To Make, stopping in NYC (The Kingsland on 4/9 w/Raw Brigade, Rule Them All, and Reaction) and Philly (No Face Studios on 4/7 w/ No Option, Combust, Dare, and Payback) Find out more info here, and you can stream One Step Closer’s latest release, From Me To You, below.

KOOL KEITH

Legendary abstract MC Kool Keith (who recently signed to Three One G) has a few upcoming tour dates on his schedule, including a NYC Rocks Off Concert Cruise on 4/19, and other dates this spring in Denver, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Lakewood, OH. Find all dates here.

MATMOS

Electronic duo Matmos’ new, synthetic LP Plastic Anniversary (which features sounds sampled exclusively from plastic materials) is out this week, and they’ve got a few upcoming tour dates behind the new record. So far, there’s only one US date at NYC’s Pioneer Works on 4/4 (w/ Keith Fullerton Whitman), which precedes European shows in Berlin, Copenhagen, Dublin, and more. GIRL IN RED

Norwegian bedroom pop artist Girl in Red (real name: Marie Ulven) announced back in January that she would be playing NYC and L.A. in May, but she’s since extended her stay and is on tour with fellow bedroom pop singer Conan Gray. They’re in San Francisco tonight and are making their way east, playing sold-out shows at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on March 27 and Music Hall of Williamsburg on March 28. All dates are here.

Basement and Nothing have added an NYC date to their upcoming co-headlining tour in May.

DAVE DAVIES

The Kinks’ Dave Davies announced a North American tour in support of last year’s rarities compilation Decade.

GRAHAM NASH

The great Graham Nash announced fall tour dates, where he and his band will play 1971’s Songs for Beginners and 1973’s Wild Tales in their entirety.

GZA

GZA will be taking his classic album Liquid Swords out on a tour, which includes two May US dates in NYC and Philly.
