The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

BEACH HOUSE

Beach House have added more dates to their 2019 tour including new August dates in Burlington, Northampton, Cleveland, Grand Rapids, and Milwaukee. Tickets for these new dates go on sale Friday (5/3), with presales beginning Tuesday (4/30). The duo also have some previously-announced shows in the summer as well, including their two-night stand at Brooklyn Steel in June, and appearances at both Just Like Heaven and Bonnaroo. All dates are listed here, and check out a professional recording of the band’s stop at Brooklyn’s Kings Theater last year, courtesy of Pitchfork, below.

WARPAINT

Although they haven’t released a proper LP in three years, Warpaint are preparing to have a very busy 2019 on the road, as they’ll open for MGMT in May, join Foals in Australia this July, and play shows with My Morning Jacket in August. On top of this, the band added a new headlining date at Philadelphia’s Underground Arts on 5/21. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (5/3), with a presale starting Thursday (5/2). The band also has one festival appearance at Australia’s Splendour in the Grass in July. Head here for all dates.

LIFE OF AGONY (playing new material)

Brooklyn’s own alt-metal vets Life of Agony have been in the studio recording a new album due out some time this year, and as you can see in the above Instagram, it looks like they’ll be playing some of it at their NYC show on May 10 (which is also a stop on the Overkill and Death Angel tour), and the next day in Bensalem, PA. Meanwhile, A Pale Horse Named Death — the band of ex-LOA drummer Sal Abruscato — head out on a 10 day tour in May too.

OZZY OSBOURNE RESCHEDULED DATES

Ozzy Osbourne has had a rough year so far, having been hospitalized for pneumonia back in February, which led to him rescheduling US dates of his farewell tour to 2020, after cancelling several others. Thankfully, Ozzy seems to be doing much better now, and he’s revealed some newly-rescheduled UK/European dates happening in the winter, beginning with a Nottingham, UK date in January, before stopping in London, Dublin, Glasgow, Dortmund, and many others. Check here for all rescheduled Ozzy dates.

SILVERSUN PICKUPS / I DON’T KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME

Shoegazey alt-rockers Silversun Pickups are prepping their new Butch Vig-produced LP Widows Weeds, which drops in June, and the band has just revealed their first batch of US tour dates in the summer, which stops in Clifton Park, Sayreville (Starland Ballroom on 7/20), Buffalo, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas, Portland, ME, and more. Some of these shows feature support from indie pop duo I Don’t Know How But They Found Me (shortened to IDKHOW), who are also touring this year, hitting NYC’s Mercury Lounge on 5/12. All Silversun Pickups dates (with ticket info) are listed here.

TOTO

Following their addition to Las Vegas’ Life Is Beautiful Fest in September, “Africa” hitmakers Toto, who’ve had a career boost thanks to Weezer, have just announced fall North American dates, which serves as the last leg of their “40 Trips Around The Sun Tour.” Dates include Port Chester, NY’s Capitol Theatre on 10/15, and two NJ stops in Englewood and Red Bank, in addition to other shows in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Nashville, and many other cities. Find all dates here.

NEIL HAMBURGER

“America’s funnyman” Neil Hamburger (the longtime comedic persona of Gregg Turkington) released his LP Still Dwelling back in January, and he’ll soon be hitting the road this year for some US shows, beginning with a series of California shows in May (including one with viral clown Puddles Pity Party), before heading to the East Coast in September, stopping in Brooklyn (The Bell House on 9/7), Philly, and Boston. He’s also got some dates in the UK and Australia this summer. Tickets for those summer shows and East Coast dates are on sale now.

BELA FLECK AND THE FLECKTONES

Bluegrass/jazz fusion greats Bela Fleck and the Flecktones have announced a 30th anniversary tour across North America, which kicks off with a show at Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on 5/30, followed by other shows in NYC (Town Hall on 12/4), Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Cleveland, and more. View all dates here.

JADE BIRD / FLYTE

Singer-songwriter Jade Bird released her self-titled debut LP earlier this month, and she’s announced North American headlining tour dates in support of it, which follows her summer tour dates opening for Father John Misty and Jason Isbell (including Prospect Park on 6/19). These new shows take place in Louisville, Boston, Minneapolis, Denver, Austin, Toronto, LA, and more, with support from UK alt-pop band Flyte on all dates. She’ll also stop by Asbury Park, NJ’s Sea.Hear.Now Festival in September. Visit here for the full list of dates.

PHONY PPL

Genre-defying New York band Phony Ppl played a hometown Blue Note residency last month supporting 2018’s great mosaik, but they’ve already announced a return to the city for two Mercury Lounge shows on June 29 and 30, with tickets to both shows going on sale Friday (5/3) at noon EST. These are Phony Ppl’s only US dates at the moment, and the band’s other dates include July shows in the UK, Europe, and Australia. Check here for all dates.
