The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

BLONDIE

Blondie has announced a unique, four-day event titled “Blondie in Havana,” taking place next year in the Cuban capital from 3/14-3/18. The event will feature two career-spanning shows at Havana’s Teatro Mella, with appearances from local artists such as Alain Perez, David Torrens, Sintesis, and others. Along with these shows, registration includes an all-inclusive package of a meet-and-greet with Blondie, hotel accommodations, food, and more. Registration for the event begins Friday (9/28) at 9 AM, and you can find out more info here. Blondie have other shows sooner, including Connecticut this Friday (9/28), which is one day before they play Asbury Park’s Sea.Hear.Now festival. All dates here.

WINDHAND / GENOCIDE PACT

Doom metal outfit Windhand have expanded their tour supporting their upcoming fourth LP Eternal Return, including newly-added 2019 shows with Genocide Pact in Washington D.C., Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando, Charlotte, and more cities. As previously mentioned, they’re hitting NYC’s Elsewhere Hall on November 2 with Satan’s Satyrs.

YOB / THRONES / KHORADA

Atmospheric metal act YOB have added new west coast shows behind this year’s great Our Raw Heart, surrounding their appearance at LA’s Decibel Metal & Beer Fest. The newly-added shows are with Thrones and Khôrada, and they include stops in San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and more. Find the rest of those dates here.

YAMANTAKA // SONIC TITAN

Having released their third album, Dirt, earlier this year (stream below), Toronto’s Yamantaka // Sonic Titan will be on the road soon with their one-of-a-kind live show. Dates include some East Coast U.S. shows, including Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Zone One on October 21 with Russian Baths and Gold Dime. Head Here for their full tour schedule.

ELTON JOHN

Elton John has added 25 more North American dates to his lengthy farewell tour, which currently includes eleven upcoming NYC-area shows.

PHIL LESH

Phil Lesh has announced Phil-O-Ween 2018, a three-night run happening at the Capitol Theatre beginning on Halloween night. They’ve got special guests (Twiddle and Jimmy Herring from Widespread Panic) lined up too.

KRIMEWATCH

Brooklyn punks Krimewatch have two upcoming hometown shows at the moment, both of which look pretty interesting. They’re opening one of the Systematic Death 35th anniversary shows at Saint Vitus in October, and they’re also playing The New York Asia Music Festival at Trans-Pecos on November 10 with Necronomidol, Late Cambrian, Oyasumi Hologram, Love Spread, Miwa Gemini, Mevius, Opus Travelers, and a solo set by Rei Imaizumi from Necronomidol (more info and set times here). Krimewatch released their very solid self-titled album this year, but their live show is really where it’s at. You can get a taste of that from the newly-released double video for “Crybaby” and “Dreams of Peace,” which was shot on their last West Coast tour:

THE REVOLUTION

The Revolution continue to tour with original members Wendy & Lisa, Bobby Z and more, celebrating the music of Prince. They’ve got dates now and into 2019, including two NYC shows in October. All dates are here.
