The following new tours were announced. Check the Tour Dates category every day for more.

CHEECH & CHONG

Classic pot comedy duo Cheech & Chong have dates throughout the fall, including a Canadian run they’ve dubbed the “O Cannabis” tour. They’ve also got some U.S. dates in Arizona, South Dakota, and Iowa. They’ll also play the NYC area on November 3 at The Paramount in Long Island. All dates are here.

YO LA TENGO

Yo La Tengo have tour dates lined up throughout the rest of the year, including Walla Walla, WA’s Huichica Fest and opening for Bon Iver at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center in October. They’re also putting on the Yo La Tengo Camping Weekend in Big Sur, CA on September 20 & 21 with Kevin Morby, Waxahatchee, Sachiko Kanenobu, William Tyler, and more. They’ve also got a multi-night run at San Francisco’s The Chapel and are playing Wilco’s Sky Blue Sky festival in Riviera Maya in January. We’re still waiting to hear about their 2019 Hanukkah shows but all announced dates are here.

WILLIAM TYLER

Guitarist William Tyler will be on tour with the Kevin Morby Duo starting this weekend that includes stops in Jersey City, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma City and more. Once that run ends, he’ll head out on his own, including stops in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Yo La Tengo’s Camping Weekend (see above), San Francisco, Marfa’s Trans-Pecos Festival, Buffalo, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago and more. THE KVB

UK dark synthpop duo The KVB will be on tour in North America this fall, including a stop at Brooklyn’s Baby’s All Right on November 1. They’ve just announced more dates, including Seattle, Vancouver, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver, and Minneapolis. The KVB also play Levitation and Desert Daze. All dates are here and look out for a new digital EP that’ll be out around their tour as well.

ROSIE TUCKER

Rosie Tucker released Never Not Never Not Never Not back in March and they’ll be on tour this fall, including a handful of West Coast dates with Soccer Mommy. After that, Rosie plays Phoenix,  El Paso, Austin, Richmond, DC, Philly, NYC (Trans Pecos on 10/19 and Mercury Lounge on 10/20), Boston, Pittsburgh, Detroit and more. They’ve also got a November residency at L.A.’s Bootleg Theatre. All dates are here.

PARTNER (with TITUS ANDRONICUS and more)

Alt-rock revivalists Partner have tons of tour dates coming up, including a run supporting Titus Andronicus. The run with Titus kicks off at the Detroit show on Halloween and ends at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom on November 23. All dates here. JOHN CAMERON MITCHELL: THE ORIGIN OF LOVE TOUR: THE SONGS AND STORIES OF HEDWIG

John Cameron Mitchell is continuing to celebrate 20+ years of Hedwig with more dates of his “The Origin of Love Tour: The Songs and Stories of Hedwig” where he and his four-piece band perform songs from the musical and tells stories about its creation. New dates include a stop in Ann Arbor, MI in November and 2020 dates in Austin, Vancouver, Portland, Seattle, Berkeley, Salt Lake City and Los Angeles.

TINY RUINS (solo) / ALDOUS HARDING

Aldous Harding is supporting her great new album Designer on a North American tour soon, and it’s now been revealed that fellow New Zealand artist Tiny Ruins (Hollie Fullbrook) will open the shows in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Brooklyn, Philly, DC, Raleigh, and Atlanta. That’s a very cool double bill; Tiny Ruins released her solid new album Olympic Girls on Ba Da Bing earlier this year. More tour info here.

THE QUEERS

Ramones and Beach Boys worshipping punks The Queers continue to tour like crazy, and they have more dates lined up through this fall including a return to NYC on October 6 at The Kingsland. Dates here.

LUCY DACUS

Lucy Dacus is opening the two Mitski shows in Central Park, and she’ll be on lengthy international fall tour starting right afterwards. All dates here.

CATTLE DECAPITATION with ATHEIST, FULL OF HELL, PRIMITIVE MAN, etc

Cattle Decapitation announced a tour with Atheist, Author & Punisher, and Vitriol, plus Full of Hell on leg one and Primitive Man on leg two.

CORRIDOR

Montreal band Corridor just announced their first album for Sub Pop and will be touring this fall.
