THE DISCO BISCUITS & CAMP BISCO

Electronic jam faves The Disco Biscuits will hold the 20th installment of their Camp Bisco festival from July 9-11 at Montage Mountain in Scranton, PA (lineup TBA), and they’ll also be touring before then, including three-night stands in Philly and Port Chester, and two-night stands in Minneapolis, New Orleans, Denver, and Pelham, TN. KAITLYN AURELIA SMITH opening for CARIBOU

Electronic art pop artist Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith has signed to Ghostly International, and while she hasn’t announced a new album just yet, she did announce that she’ll be opening Caribou’s tour. All dates and tickets here.

CLUTCH opening for VOLBEAT

Riff rock vets Clutch will return to the road to open for Volbeat, beginning at Tempe, AZ’s Ufest at Big Surf on 4/4, and then hitting Vegas, Denver, Nashville, Atlanta, and more, before wrapping up at NYC’s Rooftop at Pier 17 on 5/13. All dates here. Tickets here.

KING KRULE

Having just announced his third album, King Krule will be on tour in April, and has just added a second NYC show.

ALI WONG

Comedian Ali Wong continues to expand her ‘Milk & Money Tour’ that now includes a seventh NYC show at Beacon Theatre on March 29. Dates also include multiple nights in Long Beach, DC, Boston, Toronto and more. Head here for all dates.

CABLE TIES

Australian post-punk trio Cable Ties will release their first album for Merge Records this March, and they’ll also be heading out way to play SXSW. While in the U.S. they’ll play shows in Los Angeles (March 12 @ Zebulon) and Brooklyn (March 26 @ Union Pool).

CORRIDOR / DEEPER

Montreal’s Corridor and Chicago’s Deeper are touring around SXSW and have just announced more dates, including Orlando, Tampa, Miami, San Antonio, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, and Richmond. They’ll kick off the tour on March 4 at Rough Trade in Brooklyn. All dates are listed here.

KOOL KEITH

Ultramagnetic MC and oddball lifer Kool Keith has a few dates coming up: Brooklyn’s Sixty Sixth Congress on February 8 with Ache; Denver club Ophelia’s on March 6; and Austin’s Oblivion Access festival in June.

EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN

Industrial icons Einstürzende Neubauten are gearing up to release their first proper studio album in 12 years and the group will support the record, and perform it live, on the 2020 The Year of The Rat Tour that hits North America this fall.

THE HOUSE OF LOVE

UK alt-rock/dreampop/indie greats The House of Love will be coming to North America this spring for their first tour here in nearly three decades.

THE DARKNESS

Cheeky UK rockers The Darkness will be on tour this spring in support of last year’s Easter is Cancelled.

KISS KRUISE X

After the 2020 dates of their Farewell Tour wrap up, KISS will set sail on Kiss Kruise X that includes Ratt, Queensryche and more.

Vanessa Carlton has a new Dave Fridmann-produced album on the way, and she’ll support it with her first full-band tour in 15 years.

Indie singer/songwriter Anna Burch announced a new album and tour with support coming from likeminded artist Long Beard.

UK band Dry Cleaning released two terrific EPs in 2019 and will make their U.S. live debut in March with shows in NYC, L.A. and at SXSW.
