THE ATLAS MOTH with ZAO & more

Chicago psych metal band The Atlas Moth are supporting their great new album Coma Noir on tour, including a newly-added fall run opening for metalcore vets Zao.

THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS

John and John and the rest of their band will kick off their tour supporting TMBG's new album, I Like Fun, on June 15 in Lancaster, PA and then play Croyton on Hudson, NY's Clearwater Festival the next day. It's then off to Europe with their North American tour starting in earnest this fall (including NYC's Terminal 5 in October). They've added more shows, including more in Canada, and all dates and ticket links can be found here.

GOAT GIRL

UK band Goat Girl are currently out with their Rough Trade label mates Parquet Courts (they play Minneapolis tonight, 5/31) and will be in NYC for the sold out show on Elsewhere's Rooftop on June 11. They've just announced new UK and European dates, and they've also got a new video for "Viper Fish" off their excellent debut album.

GORILLAZ

Damon Albarn's cartoon pop alter egos Gorillaz will have new album, The Now Now, out in a month and you'll be able to catch them live in October on their way to the LA edition of their Demon Dayz Festival. Dates include a big NYC show at Barclays Center.

JO PASSED / DICK STUSSO

Sub Pop signed Vancouver nervy popsters Jo Passed will be on tour with lonesome rambler type Dick Stusso (signed to Sub Pop kid sister label Hardly Art) starting next week, and they've both got brand new albums to remind you about.
