LOLLAPALOOZA ARGENTINA/BRAZIL/CHILE

Lollapalooza revealed the lineups for three of their South American editions, all taking place in the spring of next year. The common headliners among all three festivals are Kendrick Lamar and Arctic Monkeys, along with other acts including Post Malone, St. Vincent, Foals, Interpol, Portugal. The Man, The 1975, Bring Me The Horizon, Odesza, and more. Head here for the full lineups.

KIKAGAKU MOYO

Japanese psychedelic group Kikagaku Moyo are currently touring Europe behind this year’s sonically-diverse Masana Temples, and they’ve recently added more North American dates in 2019. New stops include Los Angeles, Denver, Indianapolis, San Francisco, Phoenix, Iowa City, and more. Check here for all upcoming dates.

LOW DOSE (MEMS OF FIGHT AMP AND LEGENDARY DIVORCE)

Low Dose is the new project of Legendary Divorce’s Itarya Rosenberg and 3/4 of Fight Amp (Jon DeHart, Mike McGinnis and Dan Smith), and they’ve announced a couple shows, including their first NYC show at Saint Vitus on 12/29, and at Philly’s King Fu Necktie on 12/30. These are the band’s only upcoming dates at the moment, and you can check out their single “For Sure,” taken from their upcoming debut LP, below.

THE GOTOBEDS

The Gotobeds are staying busy, announcing a North American mini-tour starting next week, which stops in Richmond, Raleigh, Athens, and Atlanta. The tour is in celebration of Chunklet owner Henry Owings’ 50th birthday, and has the band playing with a variety of different bands, including Man Or Astro Man?, Doll Baby, Naked Pictures, and more. Aside from sharing this news, the band also teased an upcoming 7″ with past tourmates Honey Radar (who open the band’s Athens show). All dates here.

WEEZER / PIXIES / BASEMENT (and TV ON THE RADIO in NYC)

Now that Pixies wrapped up their Brooklyn Steel run, Weezer and Pixies added a big Madison Square Garden show to their co-headlining tour. Like the rest of the tour, Basement are opening, and this one also has awesome local support from TV on the Radio.
