Influential French composer Luc Ferrari would have turned 90 this year, and new book Luc Ferrari: Complete Works examines decades of the late artist's material. To celebrate the book's publication, there will be a tribute show titled "Luc Ferrari: Stereo Spasms" at Brooklyn's Pioneer Works on 11/18 and 11/19, with several musicians Ferrari influenced performing his work. This includes Thurston Moore (who is touring on his own in December), David Grubbs, Tania Caroline Chen, Jon Leidecker, and many others, along with the presentation of a recording by Jim O’Rourke (who won't be in attendance). Bob Dylan is currently on an extensive US tour, and he'll be heading to NYC next week for a ten-show run at Beacon Theatre on November 23, 24, 26, 27, 29, and 30 & December 2, 3, 5 and 6. Tickets for all but the 11/23 and 12/ 6 shows are still available.


Luna are continuing to do full album shows (they just did a few in NYC) and have recently added West Coast dates in February where they'll be performing 1995's Penthouse in full. Dates include L.A., San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver.


Wale began rolling out the dates for his 2020 Wow... That's Crazy tour earlier this week, and now they're all announced, including Brooklyn Steel on 1/15, Nashville, Dallas, New Orleans, Houston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and more. He also plays Rolling Loud LA and Hot 97's Hot for the Holidays at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on 12/18 (with H.E.R. and more). All dates here.


To celebrate the publication of Prince's posthumous memoir The Beautiful Ones, there will be a special tribute show at Town Hall next week, with Spike Lee, New Power Generation, and more.


Comedian Ali Wong announced her fourth NYC show at Beacon Theatre, as part of her upcoming 2020 "Milk and Money Tour."


Comedian Iliza Shlesinger announced a 2020 world tour, ahead of the release of her fifth Netflix special, Unveiled.
