GUSTAF NYC RESIDENCY

Brooklyn band Gustaf are one of the city's hardest working groups, and that endless gigging has made them a reliably fun, reliably weird band, thanks in no small part to magnetic singer Lydia Gammill. The band, who still have yet to release any recordings, are in the midst of a January residency at Baby's All Right that happens Tuesdays this month. The 1/7 show is with SugarLife Orchestra and Sylvea Suydam; the 1/14 show is with Kaleta & Super Yamba Band and Francesca D'Uva; and the 1/21 show is with Sharkmuffin and Poncili Creacion.

FOUND FOOTAGE FESTIVAL / VCR PARTY

Tireless seekers of rare, obscure and unwanted VHS tapes, Joe and Nick of The Found Footage festival will be taking their best finds on the road, including Alamo Drafthouse VCR Party shows.
