CHRIS GANTRY

Outlaw country cult artist and Nashville lifer Chris Gantry released Nashlantis last year via Drag City and has a few West Coast tour dates in February, playing California shows in Redding on 2/16 and Orangevale on 2/20, plus Boise, ID on Feb 22. ROGER WATERS

Roger Waters is heading on his in-the-round, “This is Not a Drill” tour starting in July, and he’s just expanded it with second shows in NYC (MSG on August 6) and L.A. (Staples Center on September 11).

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE

Meanwhile, My Chemical Romance also added a second Newark and three more Los Angeles shows to their reunion tour.

DC rapper Sa Roc was added as support to the great Rapsody's "A Black Woman Created This Tour" tour, alongside R&B singer Heather Victoria, and she also released this killer new single on Rhymesayers today.

BELA FLECK & THE FLECKTONES

Béla Fleck will release Throw Down Your Heart: The Complete Africa Sessions, available March 27 and is "a document of Béla’s remarkable journey across Africa to explore the banjo’s roots," which is both a film and an album, and also comes with The Ripple Effect, a duo album with kora master Toumani Diabaté. His tour with The Flecktones, meanwhile, has expanded, and now includes a show at Port Chester, NY's The Capitol Theatre on June 5, as well as dates in Durham, NOrfolk, Northampton, and more. CHIEF KEEF

In addition to playing Rolling Loud Miami, Chief Keef will come to NYC to play Queens’ Knockdown Center on February 20. As far as we can tell, these are only his only upcoming shows at the moment.

CHASTITY BELT / LOOSE TOOTH

Seattle’s Chastity Belt will be on the road with Australian trio Loose Tooth (who are signed to Courtney Barnett’s Milk! Records) starting next week, sticking to the West Coast and Southwest.

Boston’s proggy, doomy heavy rockers Elder just announced a new album and will be touring with Bask.

NAPALM DEATH / ABORTED / TOMBS / WVRM

Napalm Death‘s spring tour with Aborted, Tombs, and WVRM begins in April and has expanded a bit, including a second Brooklyn show.

AMIGO THE DEVIL (TOURING WITH MURDER BY DEATH)

“Murderfolk” artist Amigo the Devil (aka Danny Kiranos), who just shared a Tom Jones cover, and has been added as an opener to Murder by Death‘s 20th anniversary tour (that’s a great pairing).

SUBHUMANS

UK anarcho-punk vets Subhumans are still riding high off the release of last year’s very good Crisis Point, which was their first album in 12 years, and they’ll keep the momentum going by returning to the US for a tour this spring.
