The National continue to expand their tour, gradually adding major shows with amazing openers. They've just done it again, adding Philly's Mann Center and Columbia's Merriweather Pos Pavilion with Cat Power and Phoebe Bridgers, and Red Rocks with Sharon Van Etten. Tickets for those three shows go on sale Thursday (4/19) at 10 AM local. That's in addition to their two-day fest at Queens' Forest Hills Stadium with Future Islands, Jason Isbell, Cat Power, Phoebe Bridgers, U.S. Girls, and more (win tickets); and several other shows. Nine Inch Nails are playing a handful of international festivals this summer, but their only US shows will be a short Vegas run. After already announcing two Vegas shows, they just added a third, which goes on sale this week. All dates and tickets HERE.


Just last week we posted about METZ's 6/14 Rocks Off Concert Cruise in NYC and other upcoming dates, and today they've announced even more shows. They've got a new video, too.


Wolf Parade are reunited and have a great new album out, and they just announced a bunch of North American US and Canada dates, including stops in Ithaca, Connecticut, Baltimore, Louisville, Nashville, Quebec, WInnipeg, Calgary, and more. Alt-country singer/songwriter/violinist expanded her tour, which includes Newport Folk Fest, Red Rocks with her husband/collaborator Jason Isbell and Aimee Mann, two Texas gigs with John Prine, and more. Speaking of...

Marie/Lepanto is the new group formed by Will Johnson of Centro-matic and Justin Peter Kinkel-Schuster of Water Liars. Their debut album, all dusty folk with the occasional ragged guitar solo, came out in January. Having toured with Pedro the Lion earlier this year, they're currently on a headline tour (NYC on 4/17), and will open Jason Isbell's Austin shows in August.
