Turnstile streaming new album 'TIME & SPACE'
Turnstile‘s anticipated sophomore album (and major label debut) TIME & SPACE comes out this Friday (2/23) via Roadrunner, but the album is streaming in full now. The album was produced by Will Yip, and it features additional production by Diplo on “Right To Be” and backing vocals by Sheer Mag‘s Tina Halladay on the melodic “Moon.” As early singles like “Real Thing” and “Generator” hinted, TIME & SPACE is both Turnstile’s most accessible and most experimental release yet, but not at the expense of the aggression that fueled their earlier work. They flesh out their crushing hardcore with psychedelia, pianos, handclaps, flashy solos, catchy clean vocals and other non-hardcore elements, making for a drastic progression from their 2015 debut LP Nonstop Feeling. Turnstile recently announced a tour with Touche Amore, Culture Abuse and Razorbumps, and that amazing quadruple bill lands in Brooklyn on May 5 at Warsaw (tickets). All dates are listed, with videos and/or streams of four songs from TIME & SPACE, below.
