Ty Segall's new album First Taste is out August 2 and here's a second taste from it: the trippy koto-inflected "Radio" which has a chorus of "I just want to sit and watch the new radio Watching people die all night long on the radio It makes me feel like I am living for free." Check it out below.

Ty Segall & The Freedom Band have extended residencies in Los Angeles, Brooklyn and London where he’s playing albums from his catalog in full as well as First Taste in full. The Brooklyn shows, which are at Warsaw, are with LA garage-punk trio Lamps (10/1), frequent Ty collaborators White Fence (10/2), and Japanese mind-blowers DMBQ (10/3-10/5). Five-day passes are sold out but you can still get tickets to all the individual shows.
