U2 add 3rd MSG show to tour, after playing the Grammys
U2 have expanded their tour once again, adding a third and final show at NYC’s Madison Square Garden for July 1. That follows the MSG shows on June 25 and 26, and the shows at Nassau Coliseum on June 9 and Prudential Center on June 29. Tickets for the newly-added show go on sale Monday, 2/5 at 9 AM with various presales starting beforehand. Updated dates are listed below.
U2 performed at the Grammys last night, playing “Get Out of Your Own Way” from last year’s Songs of Experience. They played on an outdoor platform with the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island visible behind them. Bono and The Edge also joined Kendrick Lamar during his performance for their part on “XXX.” In case you missed it, watch both videos below.
