UK four-piece Goat Girl sign to Rough Trade, share first single "Country Sleaze"

South London quartet Goat Girl have just signed to Rough Trade, but sound like they could’ve been on the label 35 years ago when they were releasing records by Raincoats, The Fall and Swell Maps — dirgey, spare and menacing. The group’s debut 7″ for the label is out October 7 and the song titles — “Country Sleaze / Scum” — further connect with the label’s path. You can check out the seething “Country Sleaze” below.
