United Nations mean "Serious Business" on new single, touring with Frameworks (dates & stream)

As previously discussed, Geoff Rickly’s (ex-Thursday) much heavier band, United Nations, are releasing a new album, The Next Four Years, on July 15 via Temporary Residence Ltd. They just put out the first single from the album, “Serious Business,” a spastic take on screamo and post-hardcore that’s a pretty good sign this album is going to be killer. You can listen to that below.

The band have also announced a tour, and though the openers haven’t officially been announced, it appears newer likeminded post-hardcore band Frameworks are on most dates, including the NYC show happening August 2 at Saint Vitus. Tickets for that show are on sale now.
