Vagabon plays sold-out release show tonight, adds 2nd Brooklyn show to tour
Vagabon (the project of NYC's Lætitia Tamko) releases her debut album Infinite Worlds today (2/24) on Father/Daughter Records (read our review) and she celebrates with a release show in her hometown tonight. It's at Baby's All Right with Mal Devisa and Jelani Sei, and it's sold out.
After tonight's show and Vagabon's Philly release show on Saturday, she begins a tour with Allison Crutchfield that brings both of them to SXSW (which added a bunch of big artists today).
Vagabon's already got her next Brooklyn show announced: May 6 at Brooklyn Bazaar with the eccentric Chicago artist Nnamdi Ogbonnaya and ANTI- Records-signed R&B/soul singer So Much Light (aka Damien Verrett). Tickets for that show are on sale now. Updated dates are listed below.
