Voivod played Gramercy Theater with Vektor, Eight Bells and Extinction AD (pics, setlist)

Voivod took their tour with Vektor and Eight Bells through NYC over the weekend, playing Gramercy Theatre on February 7, right in the middle of the Super Bowl. Voivod ripped through a set of both classics and new stuff, including some songs from their upcoming EP Post Society. The openers were well-matched, as Vektor wear their obvious Voivod-influence well, and Eight Bells provide a slowed-down change-up to the proceedings. Additional local support came from Extinction AD.
