Wand's second album of 2015, 1000 Days, is a more subtle record than this spring's Golem, with more keyboards and acoustic guitars, and less stomping on the fuzzbox. The LP isn't entirely devoid of distortion, though, as you can hear on "Dungeon Dropper," a fuzzbass jammer that you can stream, via NPR, below.

1000 Days is out September 25 via Drag City. Don't forget that Wand's fall tour hit's NYC for two shows -- November 13 at Mercury Lounge with Junk Boys and Pollens and November 14 at Rough Trade. -- and tickets are still available.
