As promised, Dashboard Confessional's Chris Carrabba did a livestream yesterday (3/31) with just himself and an acoustic guitar, the same stripped-down format that he won us all over with two decades ago. (His debut album The Swiss Army Romance actually just turned 20 last month... feel old?) Chris didn't play anything off that album, but he did do something that was a pretty big treat for longtime fans: he played 2001's concept EP So Impossible -- which ends with his big breakthrough song "Hands Down" -- in full. He sounded great, and if you missed the stream live, you can watch the archive in full right here:

When Chris announced the stream, he said to "text (615) 257-9558 for a reminder for this and future live streams" so presumably there are more on the way. Stay tuned!
