Considering America in 2017 has large, terrifying neo-nazi marches, and President Donald Trump seems to have trouble condemning these marches, the Dead Kennedys' 1981 single "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" has become something of an anthem lately. Some people have altered it slightly to "Nazi Trumps Fuck Off," including none other than the original Dead Kennedys frontman himself, Jello Biafra. Jello (wearing a red hat) joined hardcore supergroup Dead Cross (Mike Patton of Faith No More/Mr. Bungle, ex-Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo, and members of The Locust/Retox) at their UC Theatre show in Berkeley, CA last night (8/23) to perform the Trumped-up version of the song. Patton's label Ipecac Recordings uploaded a video of the cover, which you can watch below.

That show followed a minor accident that Mike Patton got into, forcing Dead Cross to cancel their Monday night (8/21) show in LA (and reschedule it for the next night). Two members of the band, Justin Pearson and Michael Crain, were also arrested and quickly released earlier in the tour.

Dead Cross, whose crushing debut album is out now, will play NYC on September 12 at Gramercy Theatre (tickets) and September 13 at Warsaw (tickets). They play Riot Fest shortly after that. All non-festival dates are with the Mr. Bungle-related Secret Chiefs 3.
