John Mulaney and The Sack Lunch Bunch, the new “children’s musical comedy special from a man with neither children nor musical ability,” hits Netflix on December 24 and, after a very All That Jazz-like teaser trailer, John’s now released a preview that gives us a better idea of what to expect. “What’s the tone of this show?” one the Sack Lunch Bunch asks John, while another asks “Is it ironic or do you like doing a Children’s show?” John replies, “We talk a lot about that, that’s the Million Dollar Question.”

Judging by this trailer it’s both, with lots of razzle dazzle musical numbers, and guest stars like David Byrne who seems to get a lot to do here, at one point doing a little science work with a model volcano and at another point seems to have cloned himself. Plus: Jake Gyllenhaal, Natasha Lyonne, Annaleigh Ashford, Andre De Shields, Richard Kind and more. Watch that below.
