watch No Joy & Sonic Boom's "Slorb" video

No Joy have made a video for “Slorb” from their collaborative EP with Sonic Boom. Directed by McCutcheon + Yablonski, who made No Joy’s “Judith” video, it’s gorgeous and weird, not unlike the song itself. “They have such cinematic vision,” says No Joy’s Jasamine White-Gluz. “Everything they produce looks so beautiful. They also have a wicked sense of humour that really aligns with mine, so I was super comfortable giving them carte blanche.” Add the directors, “Without saying too much about the video, sometimes a toilet just won’t flush.” The “Slorb” video premieres in this post and you can watch, and listen to the Field Agent remix of “Slorb,” below.

If you’re at this week’s Pop Montreal festival, No Joy play Wednesday (9/26) at La Sala Rossa with Corridor, The Blaze Velluto Collection, and Dany Laj.
