watch The Cure play 'Disintegration' & b-sides in Sydney (full show video)

If your forgot to set your alarm for 6 AM Eastern this morning so you could watch the livestream of The Cure‘s last of five Disintegration 30th Anniversary performances at the Sydney Opera House, fear not, it’s been archived. Like the four before it, this one — part of Sydney’s annual Vivid LIVE festival — has the band playing their hit-filled 1989 album in full, plus a set of b-sides from the era. For the final night, the b-sides set came first, then Disintegration, then an encore of “Burn” (from The Crow soundtrack), “Three Imaginary Boys,” and a cover of Wendy Waldman’s “Pirate Ships.” Watch the whole two-and-a-half-hour concert, and check out the setlist, below.

Robert Smith says Disintegration shows in the U.S. are “inevitable” but a tour is not, and he stresses The Cure won’t be playing the album at their Pasadena Daydream festival in August.
