The new television series adaptation of Nick Hornby's book High Fidelity will debut on Hulu on Valentine's Day, 2020. The series makes a few changes from both the book and the 2000 film, moving the location to Brooklyn (Crown Heights, specifically) and casting Zoë Kravitz, who is also executive producer of the series, in the lead role the record store owner who is unlucky in love. The series also stars Da’Vine Joy Randolph, David H. Holmes, Jake Lacy, and Kingsley Ben-Adir and, directors include Natasha Lyonne and former Lemonheads bassist Jesse Peretz.
