Ukulele-infused pop punks The Sonder Bombs' debut album MODERN FEMALE ROCKSTAR was one of 2018's real gems thanks to its mix of a DIY punk approach, hooks that sound like RIOT!-era Paramore, and a strong feminist message. They followed it this year with the non-album single "I Don't Have One Anymore," and now we're premiering a video for MODERN FEMALE ROCKSTAR opener "Atom." The video was shot during their May 2019 tour with Worlds Greatest Dad, and it mixes live footage with clips of the band having fun and goofing off, all shot with the same DIY spirit that the band's music has (filmed and edited by Christian Prieman). Singer Willow Hawks tells us:

"Atom" is a song for us as a band that we NEVER get tired of playing! We open shows with it all the time and the second those stick clicks hit and we slam down that first chord, theres this sort of wave of electricity that hits us all and we just fall into it. We have so much love for our friend Christian Prieman for being able to capture all of those Atom moments and put them together so honestly for us. We always have a blast on tour and I feel this video super represents that. Another huge thank you to Worlds Greatest Dad for taking us out with them. And to Little Elephant for the whiskey.
