The Tallest Man On Earth is one of the many musicians whose tour was cancelled due to coronavirus, and he's been uploading solo acoustic videos to Instagram from isolation (which, actually, he was doing before the tour started too). He's included some cool covers, like his recently-uploaded renditions of Bob Dylan's "Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again" and Wilco's "Jesus, etc." "Remember way back in 2020 when we were hiding from that pandemic and I dressed up on Saturdays, and sang that Wilco song once in a while?" he wrote about the latter. He rearranged them both to fit his usual complex fingerpicking style, but the vocals stay faithful to the originals. Both are great -- watch those and a few other recent ones below.

Tallest Man also recently did a livestreamed session with Courtney Marie Andrews and Sam Evian, and you can watch the archive of that below. Shortly before everyone went on lockdown, he recorded a session for Chicago Music Exchange including a cover of Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides, Now." Watch that below too.
