Heavy metal-themed talk show Two Minutes To Late Night, which normally tapes at Brooklyn metal club Saint Vitus, went down to Gainesville for The Fest a couple of weeks ago and taped a special episode with War On Women as the house band. (Usually Mutoid Man are the house band for 2M2LN and War on Women are the house band for sister show Start Today, hosted by Hard Melissa.) They had Masked Intruder and Effy the Fest Champion as guests, and War On Women covered Fugazi's Repeater classic "Blueprint" on the episode. They sounded awesome doing so, as you can check out above. Their cover comes in around the 41-minute mark.

The previous episode was a Halloween special featuring Revocation vocalist/guitarist Dave Davidson joining usual house band Mutoid Man for an Iron Maiden cover, and the episode before that featured guest appearances by Emma Ruth Rundle and Queens of the Stone Age's Matt Sweeney, and Mutoid Man covering Led Zeppelin. Head below to watch those two episodes.

Meanwhile, War On Women just wrapped up a couple acoustic shows with Good Riddance in Brooklyn and Philly last week, and they have a run with The Slackers that hits Cambridge, NYC, and DC in December. You can also watch War On Women recently covering Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" with Brooklyn rapper Miss Eaves on Start Today, below.
