Fellow dark-music makers Wax Idols and King Woman have been on tour for much of May supporting doom metal lifers Pentagram. Currently on the West Coast, the two openers have decided to drop off the rest of the tour due to an "overload of bullshit." While they haven't specified what exactly what happened, it doesn't sound good. Wax Idols' Hether Fortune announced the cancellation in an Instagram post, and in a comment she added: "If you knew the shit we were dealing with you would pay money for us NOT to play with them." Given the reputation of Pentagram and lead singer Bobby Liebling, one can sort of only imagine what went down here. Read Wax Idols' full Instagram post and a couple tweets about the situation below.

King Woman and Wax Idols have set up a make up show in San Francisco tonight (5/27) at Brick and Mortar. Anyone who had a ticket for the San Francisco or San Jose show with Pentagram can get in with proof purchase.

The two bands also have many other co-headlining dates together, including NYC's Saint Vitus on June 4. Tickets for that show, which also features support from Primitive Weapons, are on sale now.
