The world lost a true original voice last week, Mark E Smith of The Fall. We paid tribute to him on this week's edition of BrooklynVegan Blog Radio on SiriusXMU. In addition to playing The Fall classics like "Totally Wired" and "Hit the North," we offer up some of the collaborations Mark E. Smith has done over the years, as well as covers by Pavement, Sonic Youth, and more, and played a few of the many songs The Fall covered over the years (The Kinks, The Monks, more). Check out the full playlist below.

BrooklynVegan Blog Radio airs Wednesdays at noon and midnight Eastern time on SiriusXMU (Ch. 35) and you can also listen OnDemand with the SiriusXM app.

If you need more of The Fall, check out Indie Basement's tribute (which includes a 60-song playlist!).
