Weatherbox returned from hiatus earlier this year, though they’re still much less active than they used to be, so it’s good news that they just scheduled their second NYC one-off of 2019. It's happening at Brooklyn Bazaar on November 21, and tickets are on sale now. It'll be one of the very last shows at the venue.

UPDATE: The show will be opened by a solo set from The Hotelier singer Christian Holden.

The San Diego band have just two other upcoming dates scheduled at the moment: an LA solo show this month and a hometown show opening for Cults in November.

Weatherbox also debuted a new song today, recorded live in studio for Half Way Home, just like the other new songs they released earlier this year. It’s a crunchy, punchy dose of the band’s trademark eccentric indie rock. Listen and watch the in-studio video below.

In related news, main Weatherbox member Brian Warren’s newer band Miss New Buddha recently released a song off their upcoming debut LP.
